Renters Warehouse DOES NOT PERFORM ANY MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT of properties before renting, meaning properties are in "AS-IS" condition at the time of move-in. Renters Warehouse failed to answer calls and didn't file paperwork with association, until the day before the renter was supposed to move in.Renters Warehouse gave our name to the woman who wanted to rent. Move in day we were notified by the association that we were not granted permission to rent the condo. The renter was rightfully upset at having to find another place with such short notice. If you want your tenants to suffer and start searching for a new residence immediately hire renter warehouse to manage your property . My landlord has decided to let renters warehouse manage his properties and I just got an official invoice 3 months after the company took over the property because I demanded one. However, that is not the Main issue. I have requested service 3 days ago to unclog MY TOILET and I'm still waiting to be scheduled... Read more

Work with them at your own risk! They did not conduct the proper background checks on tenants they found for me and assured me it was ok since they were an insurance placement even though they had very poor credit due to unpaid bills (house supposedly burned down so their insurance covers their rental charge while they investigate). We have rented this property in Little elm tx and have had our ac go out on us a total of 5 times this year. This company never answers phone or gets back to you on anything. Mind you it is summer in Texas and they have still failed to fix or contact us about ac unit. We had to fix it the 4 other times it has quit on us yet they still have yet to come fix it. This is the worst renters company ever. Our dishwasher broke and it took them a month... Read more

As a Landlord, we had a bad experience with Renters Warehouse of Atlanta. We feel our agent over-priced our rental , and just a week (or 2 ) , she suggested we lower it by a couple hundred. Then after not getting very many showings, she recommended lowering price a 2nd time. I've been with renters warehouse for over a year now, and they are the best business around. They have taken care of my rental home and have gone over and beyond in assisting in all departments on renting a home. They contact me immediately to any questions and concerns I have and complete the job. The tenants also have received good service. This is for the Brentwood Tennessee.

I am thankful to Miss Jenise Flye, for showing me RW's true concerns before I signed with them. I'm still new at being a landlord and it can be very overwhelming.
